Neil graduated from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and Hofstra University School of Law, and enhanced his formal education by,i.e., completing a Mediation Certificate course by the University of Connecticut Labor Education Center and three Executive Leadership courses.
Still, his education came not with a big law firm, but from working hand-in-hand with executives, supervisors, business, health care and human resources professionals and employees on complicated and often emotional employment, health care and other issues. All of this experience and his credentials provide him with a great base to resolve disputes of all types through mediation. facilitation, or arbitration.
