ABOUT
Neal Rodar began his career as a mediation professional in mediation over 25 years ago. After years of experience in the business community, he realized that resolving conflict and helping to create lasting agreement and solutions for people with seemingly conflicting interests was the kind of work he enjoyed most.
After extensive study he went on to become the Director of the Woodbury Dispute Resolution Center, where he ran things for ten years before focusing on his current sole practice.
