Erik is passionate about helping people work through the challenges of coming to agreement on difficult topics. He is also an avid advocate for the field of mediation fundamentally believing that “mediation provides a more equitable outcome and stronger agreements, while simultaneously preserving relationships in the process.” It is through this belief that Erik and his partners founded Mediation Resource, a comprehensive, online business directory helping better connect prospective clients with mediators anywhere within the US and globally.
In his mediation practice, Erik specializes in family issues such as divorce, post-divorce, parentage, and parenting agreements, estate settlements and small business disagreements.
Erik received his Master of Science in Mediation & Conflict Studies from Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
Erik is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and the Vermont Bar Association (VBA).
