Briana Cummings

Dedicated to expanding access to legal services to those who traditionally have not been able to afford it, I have litigated civil rights, employment rights, prisoners' rights, Social Security disability, divorce, guardianship, termination of parental rights, domestic abuse, and patent infringement cases in state and federal court. My fees are low and my success rate very high.

Despite my success in litigation, I try to resolve disputes out of court whenever possible, to preserve clients' dignity and relationships as much as their pocketbook. I have mediated many disputes in the contentious areas of family law and civil litigation.

I trained in mediation and negotiation at Columbia Law School, North Shore Community Mediation Center, and MWI. I also have degrees in psychology and human development and many years' experience teaching students at Harvard, Columbia, and New England Law.
